Comey and Sessions,both republicans,had access to Trey and Chaffetzs evidence against Hillary and both declined to prosecute so its not unfounded.

I brought it up because we were debating evidence.The fact that you thought birthers had enough evidence to keep Obama off state ballots in 2012 made that relevant since it shows you know shit about evidence.

as time evolved but far in advance I must of said a dozens times I expected a court to weigh Obama's evidence of birth.

I said numerous times none of us have ever seen any evidence that would stand up in court, so no one knows. That is far different than saying the birthers had evidence...
