No one said he was born in georgia... this was a case about whether he was eligible for the ballot.


The question was whether Obama had solid enough evidence of his birth in Hawaii to overcome objections of foundation. In lay terms sufficient and credible evidence under our evidence code?

The answer is we don't know because he never produced any for a court. He chose to default rather than appear and produce evidence.
