Don't need to import them. We've got hundreds of millions in the country already. Even if you shut the border down you'd just raise the price on the street - just like drugs.
Perhaps there is a natural progression from no laws to a Govt. organised legal system with police and then back again to no laws. Back to just rule by violent groups to take control and the wealth. In fact Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest. The Christian theory of rule by the meek just an historical blip.
Actually, "the Christian theory of rule by the meek" is just another illusion for the meek to justify their stealing from the ones who aren't meek and actually produce wealth in the world.
The problem is that, as sheep that consider a pastor essential to rule them, they don't realize that the pastor actually uses them to make a living and even get wealthy.
That's why the most unequal societies in history had the biggest governments. These societies were also extremely violent, killing literaly millions of people(Nazism and Communism being great examples of this).
But sheep being sheep, will always think that a pastor is a solution to all their problems, just because the pastor says it is so, regardless of how many sheep they see slaughtered or sold by the pastor. This way they can continue to be mindless and irresponsabile beings.
