I have not decided whether I would vote for Kavanaugh yet or not.

I am still troubled by that ice cube he threw at someone 36 years ago. Yeh. that's an issue for me.

And then there was that part where senators publicly accused him of being a serial rapist and he did not practice good listening skills and felt the need to give his own opinion about what was going on. Yeh. Another big issue for me.

This is an easy one.

If Kavanaugh is elected there is a strong chance this court will get back to observing the constitution and precedent rather than legislating from the bench and creating new rights.
