I never saw black people get treated any differently. I am sure they did but it would have been rare and the culprit would most likely not been a democrat.

By the way LA has millions of Republicans. Who do you think runs the businesses not connected to banker money? Only 30 percent of CA pays income taxes. I will bet that list is dominated by Republicans.
