Sorry, but this is ridiculous. You can't sell an LP but you can sell the management company. Easy to start your own for less than $30,000.

How much can we start it for?

I am selling it for 15k. But other annual costs and things like NFA and other approval fees are included.
If you want an incubator fund it can be only 15k.
