What is the current NAV of the fund?

If it is more than 30K, why are you selling it?

If it is less than 30K, why should we buy it?

And if we buy it, do we also get your Wall Street office with the rent/lease free and clear for, say, a year? Make us believe you.

Sir,
I am selling the structure and consulting support to get it up and running.
And the wall street address is a virtual office to receive mail.

You should only buy it if you want to start a hedge fund and have substantial money to invest, think more than 150k.

A virtual office? What does that mean, and why does it need a Wall Street address? To make it seem legit?

Sorry, but this is ridiculous. You can't sell an LP but you can sell the management company. Easy to start your own for less than $30,000.

Some people would start with a virtual office to not use their home address and to protect the LLC's limited liability protection to separate business and personal assets.
