SEC Charges Nishad Singh with Defrauding Investors in Crypto Asset Trading Platform FTX

I have used these exchanges, and some I still use. None of them stole crypto assets from their customers. They have all been sued by the SEC

  • Kraken
  • Bittrex
  • Binance dot com
  • Gemini
  • Coinbase

Nice group of friends. How many of them filed for bankruptcy or been charged with selling unregistered securities? Your posts seem to be notorious for a serious omission of facts.
You might want to consider what you post on a public forum as they could very well become defendant exhibits if there are clawbacks.

Have you ever used any crypto asset? You're very active on the forum but you're clueless

Only Bittrex has filed bankruptcy in the US, their offshore branches are still operational. And Bittrex are still processing withdrawals even now, but I bet you did not know that, did you?

none of the other ones are bankrupt and you did not even know that very simple fact???

I'm always amazed at you ET posters that have no clue on this new revolutionary financial system that has emerged from $0 to over $1 Trillion valuation

You will be having regrets for many many years for being ignorant. Mark my words

I'm actually on a project to fund a new digital asset exchange. Again, your posts omit facts and are generous with personal attacks.
The Illinois AG filed for $3.1 billion in clawback today. It can be done ethically, but I doubt much will get approved in the environment.

The Illinois AG filed for $1.4 billion in clawbacks.

BWAHAHAAHHA, which scam exchange are you associated with???

clawbacks from whom? Now who's omitting facts, you don't need to answer, I don't really care, I only use crypto exchanges for trading between crypto assets, not your keys, not your coins

[I do have a few bitcoins between Kraken and Coinbase, but... whatever, personal reasons]

Again, omission of facts

Coinbase staking. STAKING. I never used Coinbase staking service

Friendly advice. If you're investing in a new centralized crypto exchange in 2023, there is a very big chance you will get scammed

CEXes are struggling to compete with DEXes

Do some research on dexes. Even perpetual futures trading volume are exploding on dexes

Research GMX, DyDx, Uniswap and others

Friendly advice, not financial advice. Good luck if you still decide to invest

Not investing - raising the $, but I doubt any approvals from the regulators for a couple of years. You might want to read up on clawbacks. Not as much about your activity as much as the withdrawals from the host.
The first US physical settlement crypto derivative exchange was approved this week. Physically settled derivs will alter the landscape.
