The Saints shouldn't be in the playoffs. Brees is washed up, he has been for a few yrs now. Too short for a quarterback is finally catching up with him. Equally as obvious is the seahawks have little offense and russell is also too short.
 
The Seahawks are overrated but they win and move on. They won't last next round.

Andrew can't keep up with Brady despite his 4th quarter magic. Colts lose, not even close.
 
Those road game numbers are not terrible but are certainly not stellar either. 84 QBR is 4 points higher than Elways career QBR, just FYI.

But yes, clearly the Saints are a much better home team. And now they are done :)

C'mon RR, you know you can't compare modern day QBR to guys from the past.
The league is a joke now. Can't touch the QB, can't touch the WR's, can't tackle high, can't tackle low.
Offensive records are getting obliterated like they did in baseball's steroid era.

BTW- Just took a quick look. There were at least 27 QB's with a Rating above 84 this season. (QBR and "rating" are different depending on what website you look at though, so take it with a grain of salt).
 
You're absolutely right, the league has changed so much. But I did agree with you about the Saints being a much better team at home. But I dont agree with the OP that Brees is washed up.

I agree with you about Brees too. He's not washed up, but he certainly is overrated IMO. He's a good QB, but no where near Brady, Manning, and the other all time greats.

His "legend" status is more due to his fantasy football value than anything else.

Brees is too short, for first few yrs he played "6'4" but how long can anyone keep playing 4 inches taller? You got your answer Saturday. Can't see over your offensive line and can't play "read option" @34..washed up.

Russel Wilson is looking down same "short" tunnel.

RG3..2small2 and never was big on him..lots yrs of mediocrity ahead...followed by more of same

Note to all GM's: Don't draft any quarterback under 6'3"...6'5" is the sweet spot. The "read option" catches up with everyone. Need size to pplay "pro-style" offense.

Peyton: hall of famer X2 with another 2 possibly 3 more great football yrs ahead of him. Say hello to Papa J. for me Peyton. Elway too.

Brady...right up there with all time greats just a notch behind Peyton.


My picks spot on so far. Denver plays Seattle in Superbowl.
