His idea is to have 72-buildings grouped around at different angles with mirrors on the outside.
As he explains, "See, 72-virgins... 72-buildings.... to confuse the enemy."
Referring to his concept, he says, "They (terrorists) will never know which one is the real World Trade Center."
Originally planning to put an enormous picture of his face on the mirrored structures, he thought better about it and put the American flag instead.
