Tss tss, the greeks have IMAGINED the atom concept 2000 before science discovered it does it mean that quantum physics was attributed to the greeks ? What they imagine came from their imagination, but it was just simplist model of course. And don't take this as a proof that mystics are great scientists since you can take all the other ideas from the mystics which were completely wrong ! It's just a question of statistic among all mystic ideas sure there will be one elected to be near modern physics.

What bothers me is that the world is going crazy because of these mysticism ! Science has now been captured by raellien, scientologs and other mystics to justify their ideology when not their crimes ! And as I made a model of stock market that can demonstrate I can affirm that this market is manipulated by an artificial equation that is nothing but natural ! So pretending that market follows natural law makes me laugh ! And as an argument this is silly you could replace natural law by God, venus planet or even a PACK OF MILK since it doesn't justify anything scientifically than just affirming natural law !

There is a lot of discussion - on this board and elsewhere - that really could be eliminated with a good study of the principles, starting with the references I supplied. IMHO one of the problems with QM and related knowledge like information theory, chaotic dynamics etc. is that popular books really dont help much with understanding. Granted, the authors sell a few books but these are areas that really require study in order to have a productive discussion of these ideas.
.. Yes these are college text books ... Keep in mind that many college professors that teach QM - and I am talking about some big name schools - do not have the deepest understanding of the ideas. These are fields in which many people claim authority but only a few are actually expert. If you really want to have an understanding of these things then there really is no substitute for hard work.
As far as their applicability to the markets ... IMHO there are only a few things that you can directly apply, and these are more mathematical techniques or subsidiary ideas. Unless you are working on some heavy duty research most of these ideas are far removed from everyday experience ....

The greatest scientific minds of the 20th Century (Bohr, Oppenhiemer, Einstein, Heisenberg, etc.) all realized that essentialy what they were doing was refining ancient wisdom from both the east and the west.
Pick up a copy of Heraclitus (west) or Lao-Tzu (east) and then make a genuine, albeit laymen attempt to understand some of the concepts quantumn physics is 'bringing forth' and you will not be able to seperate the two.

Ancient ideas are just that: they perhaps motivated many to pursue these ideas. If you study how the field developed what you find is that these people were focused on providing answers to questions that were raised from experiment. They were less interested in subsidiary issues although things like political strife etc influenced the schedule of their work. Very little of it is mystical and most of it was the result of hard work, perseverance, and a bit of luck and political wrangling within the theory community at the time ....
So what ? When I discovered my equations I couldn't do it by syllogism because syllogism is not enough - if so just take a Cray and the whole laws of Universe would be discovered mechanically - I have to IMAGINE FISRT: this stage is not Science because you can imagine everything but after you have to prove it and in the paths you will fail numerous times before finding something that you can prove SCIENTIFICALLY ! So don't mix the inspiration which can be anything with science ! I am not saying that Science has answer to everything, in fact I am saying the contrary: Science can't answer to every question SO YOU MUST NOT ASK SCIENCE TO JUSTIFY WHAT IS UNJUSTIFIABLE JUST TO MAKE BELIEVE IN YOUR MYSTIC THING WHICH I CONSIDER AS CHARLATANISM ! With time some ideas will be justified but you have to wait that time for it to become science.
