Do you disagree with what I said?

+1

I wouldn't worry too much about what this clown does or doesn't say, coach. He's a member of the current ET Hall of Shame and knows next to nothing about the markets, except how to log on to a website and type 'Crash Tomorrow!!!' or 'Huge Top in ___' or 'Shorts Hammered tomorrow' or whatever.

2001 - 25.8%
2002 - 96.8%
2003 - 2.3%
2004 - 7.3%
2005 - 6.3%
2006 - 20.5%
2007 - (-8.1%)
2008 - YTD 17.6%

He's hit his yoy average in 3 weeks. Nice from a historical and personal achievement perspective.

Aaron, you seem to do well in downtrending markets.

Where did you get that 17.6% number from?

It's a challenge for a CTA to find a distribution channel through which they can reach an audience.

If Baron were to create a moderated area where posts that add no value are removed, creating an acceptable environment for CTAs to talk about what they do, that might be something.

What I mean is moderation that is at a higher quality bar than currently exists in other sub-forums.

are you trying to take the fun out of reading ET?

in any case posts that are seemingly of no value may stimulate thinking outside of the box.

And you should stick to Yahoo message boards - this site is for grown-ups.

grown ups?
after the first part of your sentence you should have finished while you were ahead.

It's kinda odd no Jan numbers have been posted. My experience with Aaron is that he posts the numbers by the first of the month if the market is open that day. So we are three days late.

Hopefully not a bad sign.

If you were part of the fund you would know what is going on.

January's performance results were sent out on the 22nd.

Not the best month for sure :(
