So what is your thinking about day today? I am thinking it is going to be another down day but everytime I make a prediction as to the direction of the day I seem to be wrong. So I threw away my non functioning crystal ball and stick to what I know. S/R and breakouts.

Well I was bullish before the news came out. Now that we bounced off of 1272 last night and off of 1268, both previous reistance. 1266 level is what I am watching right now. I took a long at 1266.50 with a 2 point stop for JJ :D. This is a risky trade as we may sell back off before filling the gap. FWIW the SPY range was 1270-1300 and has now moved down to 1260-1290 for current month options.

Very good, thank you. The way I trade it doesn't matter which way the market goes but I like to have an idea anyway.
