Is this the same thorn from the clearstation days?

Intermediate = as in many months.

the s&p has been unable to bust thru 1326.7 in recent days, and now has sold off abit. I say that 1326.7 marks massive resistance now.
Quote from krazykarl:

check back in 2 months and we'll see how accurate it is.

You mean the first 2 months that its been 100% correct doesn't count?

Quote from thorn:

The s&p is at the upper end of its range, and thorn sees massive resistance around 1280-1290.

July will be another great month for selling the market.

I love this call! Come on "traders", fess up that this was a highly accurate call inside a highly accurate thread.

Congratulations on the 2 month anniversary of this great top call.

The question is now: will the s&p ever be able to bust thru 1326??

thorn was 100% on the money, and whomever was smart enough to follow the greatest top caller in ET history, made out like a bandit. Wooooo!

I appreciate the question. Although I cannot believe it took this long, and for this thread to be sooo sooo right for someone to actually chime in.

I have maintained on this thread that the s&p will go below 1200. Once it does, I'll update my prognostication. Obviously, to be a good trader, you need to be able to adapt to changing conditions. And when the s&p busts thru 1200, conditions will be a changing.

ps this thread is the most accurate prediction thread in ET history.

what indicators did you use to call the top? Making a call once is easy, let's see you make some more intermediate-term calls of value. :)

(please be aware that i still think calling tops and bottoms is a suckers game)

I am no fan of all this top calling....but in fairness thorn has had SEVERAL accurate calls.

Krazykarl it is time to give Thorn the props he deserves. There are very few "Parma" bears on this site. You said you have traded for the grand total of 1 year. There are more of me around who have traded for 15+ years. Everyone here thinks money is made in bull mkts..Wrong..The fastest and biggest money is made right now. I troll, but don't post too much anymore because of the long only crowd..Face it, we are in a secular bear mkt. period.
