I have spoken and I speak that the bear markets ends today

So, according to your analysis, we are heading down for the next several years?

I don't make "years" predictions, only fools do that.

I will say that i'd be very surprised if that top created around 5/11 doesn't last the entire 2006.

Looks like you were wrong Rennick ! But I will take the dow +50 over that measily +16. :D

Thornny, I'll handle this one...Volente, stock, strk whatever you want to call yourself this time.. Strk you have been wrong since 1311 on the spoo in May, Volente you have been wrong pretty much constantly...Now we have the big volume "up" day and its off to the races? Preservation of capital is the name of this game, you guys burn it faster than Bob Marley! The ability to admit you were wrong is the only way you 2 ever even TASTE success.. Please revisit this post in the next 3 weeks or so, i'll be liquid, you'll be dead.

Actually it was a decent call as the majority of the indices closed near the 2:35 pm levels with the dow 30 showing relative strength to the rest. You must be drunk if youre happy about a minor up day after sustaining so many monster down days. Hang in there you perma bull jackass.
:D

This prognostication still applies.

i see it at 1290.

if we don't have a follow-through day on heavy volume in the next 5 sessions we are going down.

We are going down.

First time you said something that made sense.

But you'll have to wait til next week for selling.

Next week is going to be big trouble for the market.

And I cannot wait.

Get ready to see some big volatility and some nice declines.

Pabst beat me to it, I agree w him the s&p is likely to slide under 1200.

Who's long here? Stand up and be a man and tell other ET traders.

Market's been going up and up since early 2003, that's the trend.
