On a serious note, as long as someone provides value and truth via facts, - probably, there's hardly any problem (?)
If it turns out into a spring of lies/nonsense/souce:TikTok/insults, that type of approach, like the Russian propagandists in here do, then it's a problem.
After all, another member can be ignored, if a certain character trait is unacceptable. Yet, before that, a dialogue one on one, in DM's could be a viable option.
