Of course, the other side of that is that the Russians know more about the ammo status than Dufus Biden does. The Russians are pissed- because aside from the cluster bombs- South Korea has started regular 155mm shipments to Poland- knowing full well that Poland is shipping them to Ukraine.
The fact that both sides are low is not exactly a secret but Biden needs to shut his pie hole. He mouthed off and intervened in the evacuation of Afghanistan and it was a disaster. Joe should stay far away from anything requiring skill, communication, leadership, or knowledge. NOT QUALIFIED.

Just as the U.S. will never default on its bonds, Russia will never use a nuclear weapon in Ukraine. The media, however, is not going to let this topic die. It is up to us to ignore it. It is time to move on and concentrate on the probable rather than the highly improbable. Russia is going to lose this war for no other reason than it is impossible for them to win it. Let's get back to the facts. The U.S. Congress never passed an outright ban on cluster munitions. Neither Russia or the U.S. are signatories of the 2008 Convention on Cluster Munitions. Russia has used cluster bombs in Ukraine since 2014 and also in conflicts with other nations for decades.
