What if you take 10% of what you send to ukrainian nazis to repair some?
10 billion for Chicago infrastracture would really help to stop me swearing every 10 seconds while driving around and as a bonus will save some lives from shelling by nazis in Ukraine

At the beginning of this war no observer could be sure if either side could pull off a military victory, and if so which side. It is now very clear that Ukraine will win a decisive victory. It is impossible for Russia to win. No nation sending troops into war that have been lied to, or recruits from prisons, can win a war such as the one in Ukraine. Russia's soldiers have little motivation to fight beyond trying to stay alive. As the situation for Russia becomes more dire, they will, of course, step up the lies.

Just today I threw a Colombian guy off a 2nd floor balcony because he sucker pushed a friend over some furniture causing him to get an eight ball hemorrhage and threatened him with being killed if he retaliated with a lawyer etc (there is not much police here). Now he has a broken ankle and arm. One could call it altruistic punishment but I just wanted to hurt him. I had a sore hear from a sparring match earlier of course.

One of my relatives was part of the Nuremberg trials prosecution team, I grew up with copies of evidence films, photos, documents and journals. I know Nazis. Everybody in the west my age was programmed by comics and TV to have no emotions regarding killing Nazis and you Kaka are on the losing side.
