The video does not show that. It merely shows the launch in the distance of missiles to take down incoming missiles. Furthermore Kim Dotcom is not a reliable source. It’s amusing to see in the replies to his Tweet the large number of people who set him straight with the facts.

So in summary Russia deliberately targeted the Patriot system and the best they were able to do was minor damage. Damage that can easily be remedied by overnight parts shipped to Ukraine.
