Russia & Ukraine

China has already told explicitly several times that a nuclear war is not acceptable. China does not want to pay that price or a Russian victory, which will damage China economically too. The radioactivity may also end up in China, depending on weather conditions.

How a warrant for Putin puts new spin on Xi visit to Russia

Any sign boosts the hope that Putin has a terminal illness, probably just callus.

I don't actually believe that Putin will be derailed by illness in the short term. Certainly he has some medical issues -- but I think it is far more likely that he dies from the hand of his fellow Russian cronies rather than from illness. Not that anyone in his inner circle who replaces him would be any better.

BTW - Putin has such a fine tan.

I bet you die from russian nuke before Putin dies from his fellows

A couple of good things from that indictment of Putin:

1. There is no expiration on the arrest order. No sanctions will be removed without compliance with the order.

2. 123 countries now are obliged to arrest Putin on sight.

3. Every time Erdogan or Macron et al. call Putin, they are calling someone that their country accepted is a war criminal. Since both Turkey and France are signatories.

Now when this blatant BS happens let's see how many countries withdraw from that circus
