Putin has a lot of time and effort invested in getting Lukashenko to commit troops to this current/coming offensive. Lukashenko still scared sh#tless though that he will have a rebellion at home and/or that his troops will defect if they go to Ukraine. Putin on his arse daily though- for months.

Lukey Boy talking tough. Nevertheless saying he is no-go unless Belarus is attacked. He is probably not sure how long Putin is going to be there too so that impacts his thinking.
