The ugly backstory to this Ukraine scenario is that Biden and his underlings crow about how they knew long before the invasion- back in October - that the invasion was coming.
But they did not start delivering weapons at any kind of serious level until the invasion and it has been pulling teeth since- with Bidenistas crowing and feeling happy with themselves for the deliveries happening today that should have been in motion in the fall.
The root cause of much of this, along with Biden resisting any public statements that the Administration in regard to American actually wanting Ukraine to prevail, is that the Russians are negotiating the American interests in the shiite-for-brains Iran Nuclear Deal. There are not even Americans at the table- it is all in Russia's hands. Believe it. It is unbelievable but it is true.
So Biden had the little inconvenience of a proxy war with Russia rise up while he was dependent on Russia to do the nuke deal and represent American interest in the negotiation process. What could go wrong there? Fighting a war via the Ukrainians while trying not to piss off the Russians by sending "too many" weapons to Ukriane until he absolutely had to due to domestic and international pressures.
A long winded way of saying: No, Trump would not have gotten caught in that situation with the Iran deal.

The local nuclear attack was mentioned by a high placed US military. Unfortunatelly I do not save everything I read.
Russia invaded Ukraine and things went horribly wrong for the Russians. But they did not bomb Kiev. That shows that a conflict never goes immediatelly to the extreme. They could easily bomb Kiev, but why did they not do that? That same tactic applies to nuclear. Both sides will first test how far they can go. Or do you believe that the Russian are eager to start a nuclear war? If they would be eager they would already have started. What's the advantage to start a nuclear war that will also kill all Russians? What does Putin win with that?
So if NATO would be attacked, they would accept a nuclear war? Or would they let the Russian do what they wish?
Medvedev already said a few days ago that Russia wants to build an empire from Portugal to the far east.

Nope, if anything is true about Trump, it is that anyone in the country could push his button and he would go on at length with solid Trump material.
The mythology of Donald Trump now says that Trump would have somehow stopped not only the war in Ukraine but negotiated a nuclear deal with Iran. Ridiculous.
1. Trump was undoubtedly pro-Russia and anti-NATO. If anything is true about what would have been most likely is that Ukraine would have been rolled over east and Trump would have been a Kremlin mouthpiece spreading nonsense about Nazis and biolabs - as is his style.
2. Iran would just be pumping ahead without any hope for a peaceful resolution. Trump absolutely burned that bridge and emboldened the Iran’s by allowing them to strike our base and then he even dismissed the injuries of our own service members.
3. Don’t even get me started on the weird love affair with Kim Jung Il.
Putin was praying for Trump to be re-elected and so were the snake in the grass Saudis. None of these countries are our friends and all are actively working against us along with the Chinese and Iranians. None of them should be trusted under any circumstances.
NATO, the Aussies, Japan, South Korea are our allies and we should remember that going forward. Freedom, democracy, markets. We should not divide ourselves in America over this.
Now bringing all of this back to Trump and the US. We are a democracy and he mistakenly read the field because he thought we can align ourselves with authoritarian states and we cannot because just our existence of having a leadership accountable to the people, and not the state, is a threat to these countries but really our existence as a free nation is a threat to the power structure of these countries we are in conflict with. Our very being as free people threatens Putin’s power structure.
Trump was a failure from the most fundamental element of America itself - democracy. We are constantly in a struggle to preserve democracy and our interest is to spread democracy because authoritarianism is a threat to democracy.
If you think all of this is bullshit and we can have good relations with Russia or China or North Korea or any of these other authoritarian states you are totally lost in what is moving world events.

== Wrong. He was not pro-Russia and he was not anti-NATO. He wanted NATO countries to actually put their money where their mouths were. He wanted them to spend more on their military (which, we find out, was a great idea that was not listened to) and he wanted to hold them to their obligations under NATO, which they shirked.
Compare that to Biden who practically authorized Putin to do a "limited incursion" and explicitly promised him that there would be no American boots on the ground no matter what.

Trump used the defense spending to attack NATO. His goal was simply to attack our allies to gain favor with Putin. Putin’s goal is to weaken/end NATO. Trump put Putinnon that path.
Our relations with our European allies hit a low under Trump. We very divided from our allies and good relations did not exist. America was disliked in Europe. Those are facts.
Myth that Trump was strong. Now you may believe Putin underestimated Biden and NATO for whatever reason but there’s no doubt he underestimated the alliance against him. And in fact Biden did a pretty good job in leading the alliance in this crisis. Trump would not have been able to do the job Biden is doing right now. The alliance would have looked weaker than ever under Trump as opposed to stronger than ever as it does now.
The Iranians. We have a problem in America with right wingers using bad information as proof to do stupid things. The Iran deal was their most recent fiasco. It was stupid, STUPID to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal. And we did so under false premises. Amd why you wonder - because Trump was trying to coddle favor with the Saudis and the Saudis want a conflict between the US and Iran. There was a lot of angles coming in from Trump pulling us out of that deal deal because the Israelis also want a US/Iran conflict. Funny how that works isn’t it. Don’t trust republican administrations on anything that has to do with the Middle East. They are in deep over there with selling America out for oil money. Ask Jared Kushner.
