It was not "Для детей". It was "За детей". And proof was provided a couple of posts above.

"Для детей" - like you would say "present for your children".

"За детей" - as in "vengeance for the children"

Thanks for explaining. But both of those are similar. If the missile is a "present" for children, it is equally horrifying as revenge for children.

Does a missile look like that when it detonates? No destruction around, just lands on a lawn?

That is the engine part. The explosive part separated.

And yes, it is horrifying. War, started by Russia, is horrifying. Murdering and torturing untold thousands of Ukrainian civilians is horrifying. Russia is a monster and will not be able to wash this off itself for the next 100 years.
