Earlier today it was outlined what and where air and ship attack forces have been and will be positioned.

Evacuation of citizens from Ukraine is muddled. The U.S. is telling them to get out. The Ukraine is protesting saying it is just making things worse and more jittery. The European allies say they are not evacuating and do not have immediate plans. Muddled.
