There might be answer in there somewhere? Anyway a failure swing is a failure swing.

BTW both the 2nd and 3rd images, unlike the 1st, did diverge.

i have never researched divergences on the rsi. i recently noticed some big divergences.
can someone that trades with then or studied them

tell me "how indicative" the divergence is by itself.

in response to that i will ask
how indicative of what?
it is a good indication that momentum is diminishing.
Divergence indicates something is changing, but it does not mean the trend will reverse.
can momo resume in the same direction?
oh hell yeah.

what start time and end time are you covering in your evaluation to determine if a divergence exists for the 1st example?

Its your chart? And too tiny for my eyes to make out exact, or even close to it, times.
