n response to his mother’s show getting cancelled following her racist tweet, Jake Pentland, son of Roseanne Barr, made almost the exact same bigoted joke about former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett.

The New York Daily News reported that Pentland made a post on Instagram alluding to his mom’s “joking” comparison of the former senior White House aide to a Planet of the Apes character.


“Remember kids, you can’t say people that look like monkeys that they look like monkeys unless thy (sic) are Ron Perlman cuz he is white,” Pentland posted on Instagram.

as far as obama's place of birth is concerned.... we don't know. no one but perhaps witnesses really know.

Obama was ordered by court subpoena to produce evidence of his birth and chose to default instead of producing evidence and appearing.

Taitz asked Malihi to find Obama in contempt for failing to appear.[133][134][135]

On February 3, 2012, Malihi recommended that Obama remain on the ballot. Concerning Taitz's case Malihi wrote: "The Court finds the testimony of the witnesses, as well as the exhibits tendered, to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support plaintiffs’ allegations".[132][136] The Drudge Retort described the hearing as, "Empty Table 1, Orly Taitz 0".[137]

On February 6, 2012, Kemp accepted Malihi's recommendation.[138] On February 13, the challengers filed for review.[139][140]
