Ron Paul praises the criminal element...

here we have IRS Commissioner Mark Everson and his assistant refusing to answer the question... they do the curly shuffle all around the question... they are tax (question) dodgers.

Quote from achilles28:

Correct me if Im wrong -

The US Supreme Court ruled the 16th Amendment conferred no new taxing power to Government

Congressional taxing power prior to that relied on direct and indirect tax.

Indirect Tax being an excise on consumables.

Direct Tax being a tax on ones wages as long its apportioned (equal for everyone).

The Income Tax did not satisfy either class - and therefore rendered unconstitutional - because it applies to citizens wages unequally.

The Income Tax was then said to fall under its own category. However, the Supreme Court interpretation of the 16th Amendment does not afford any new taxing power - thereby nullifying the 'third class' argument.

Further, IRS Tax Code - and its many revisions - were never ratified by Congress.

Congress, of course, being the only Governmental Body with the power and authority to enact Law.

Which is why IRS Tax "law" cannot be found -- Congress cannot delegate its sole Law making authority to another body (like the IRS). Hence, we arrive at 'Codes' that are cloaked under the color of law but were never *made* Law by Congress.

Of course, the Supreme Court overturned the 'non-delegation' imperative of Congress citing 'intelligent principle'. Conservatives reject that ruling citing original intent by the Founders.

I'm in no position to correct you, but somehow what you said makes sense!

Yikes! No wonder few people win their case against the IRS.
Few win, but few HAVE WON none-the-less.

Although the last line confuses: " 'non-delegation' imperative "

IOW the elite can do whatever it wants.

I never cared about conspiracy stuff until very recently. Now I'm seeing history and current events tied to the Book of Revelation and dang... it's all very interesting. Anti Christ is on a collision course with God... God comes out unscathed in case anybody is worried about Him :)

Its stuff like that, that makes america, our justice system, lawyers, our citizens great. I love the internet just for seeing those videos.

That was some of the best television I have ever seen.

"No law - not guilty."
Amen

I just hope that was legit footage. if not it was still great entertainment.

Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:

I suggest all of you who think there is no Constitutional grounds for income tax...simply don't pay it.

See what happens...

ROTFLMAO...

Maybe Ron Paul will bail you out of jail...

Look at the way this wretched creature takes so much delight in the fact that we have a ruthless & oppressive gov't, and the very hopelessness of all those who dare stand against it. This is probably the highlight of the foul creature's day.

All your so called money, all your so called brains, and you choose to live in a country you view as having a ruthless & oppressive gov't?

That's about as deranged as a wife who claims she is beaten regularly by her husband, has the resources to leave, and instead chooses to hang around for the regular beatings...

You do know you can get your "bupe on" in other countries, right?

Well this just goes to show you that if you decide to not pay taxes, you're best off getting a jury trial, cuz you might get some morons like this broad...

Here's a run down of some incredibly stupid points that she seems to believe mean something :

1- Neither the prosecutor or the defense are allowed to talk about the law during a trial. A trial is to present evidence, nothing more. If you've ever served on a jury, one might know that. The judge gives instructions on the law. That's it, no matter what the case, whether it's a murder trial, or a trespassing trial, or whatever.

2- The judges response " you have all that you need" is also the response that any jury would get if they ask for more info on the law. They're not allowed to say any more - the jury is given the papers that contain the law, and they must interpret for themselves - happened to me before, so I know it to be true.

3- Agent Craner was a typical slack jaw govt empolyee - is there any surprise that he did such a poor job preparing for this case? He didn't keep his paperwork and he didn't respond to the defendants questions because he's not required to. This hardly shows 'trickery'.

4- The AG is also prohibited from giving the jury the law, so again, no story here.

5- I believe all laws are voluntary compliance, right? What's to prevent you from speeding, or driving drunk, or shooting your neighbor cuz he threw dog crap on your lawn? Voluntary compliance is used by these wackos to try and make the jury believe that paying income tax is a voluntary act, and not required. And it worked with these 12 mouth breathers.....

6- The jury requested evidence from the defendant, which stated their interpretation of what the law says. Again, that's not allowed. Only the judge gives instructions, and the jury must decide for themselves what the law means.

On the other hand -

1- The judges reaction is exactly what I would expect, when he realized what a bunch of retards he had for his jury, and when he realized that the defendant would get off. That's also why the defendant reacted the way HE did - cuz he knew that his whole case depended on getting a dumb enuf jury to be swayed by a good lawyer and that he had no legal grounds to not pay taxes, and at this point he knew that he couldn't be retried for the same offense..

2- No conviction has ever been overturned by the SC. What does that tell you? That the law is bogus, or that sometimes, some people are gonna get a bunch of no load, heel rocking, cock breathed, pencil necked geeks that can't decipher the admittedly vague laws that empower the govt to impose an income tax. Remember the phrase - "from whatever source derived" - as stated in the 16th A.

did you do your history homework yet? we want to hear all about why those indians were at that tea party !!! LMAOOOOOOOO

Niiiiiice....

So what's your counter arguement?

Can you name a conviction that has been overturned by the SC yet?

So does RP endorse the legality of income tax by wanting to reduce payroll taxes?
