"Bugenhagen, post: 4948370, member: 512007"]The thing is, one often wonders about how much many on the dogmatic right, on average because every dog has his day, are just being a dick or are genuinely blind to the negative space so full of nuance and detail to normal people.
Well my handle is MaximumPossibleSuffering and I certainly know how to be a dick, but my post was partly joking and partly about the probable repercussions of messing with Trump.
I am aware of Trump’s issues. Unlike almost all the Leftists posters on this site concerning prominent Democrats, I call out Trump from time to time of his screw ups and even weaknesses.
Trump can fool you into thinking he was a multi-billionaire. The old "If you're so smart, why ain't you rich?" and follows if you are "rich"..
The statement above requires specifics and citations to be credible. You can call widespread public perception that Trump is a multi billionaire great marketing or deception, but the fact is, that IS the perception. It is reasonable to respect Trump, or other leaders for their long term success:
1. Trump has accumulation control of a vast amount of assets, including multiple prestigious properties, and successful businesses, regardless of his net worth debate.
2. Trump is biologically successful with children from 3 woman who many consider extraordinarily beautiful.
3. Trump became President as a underdog against the hostile media and political environment from even his own party, as in “Never Trumpers”. Not many have successfully become a US President. There are other nuances about what Trump was up against in his effort to become US President, but I don’t want this post to become a novel.
4. Trump has successfully used the media to amplify his sound business ideas through “The Apprentice” for the benefit for his viewers.
5. There was and still are serious concerns about the direction the Democratic Party is headed. Trump’s platform addresses those concerns. The Democratic repeated impeachment attempts under more than questionable circumstances does not inspire confidence their leadership will be a net benefit to voters.
I have told you before, being objectively perceptive (not Dunning Kruger mount stupid is my happy place as there are no consequences perceptive) is the talent to develop.
I have world class visualization skills. I regularly take the other side of positions to either determine an appropriate position or to make adjustments to my thinking.
You can deduce who anyone is by topics they are interested, style of expression and how they interact with people. That series of videos I showed you on 9_11 truther debunking would make a HUGE difference to your trading if you take it in (the approach).
My short term trading methodology is nearly competitively profitable in spite of my continuing discipline problems and underutilization of capital. I’m working on both of these problems.
Anyway, I've got to give out to a buddy for not seeing the range on the ES was going to double
He fell for the bull trap.
No trades for me recently as I am preparing to engage in an additional business venture.
The million dollar making trade will be shorting the market should perceptions develop that Warren has a real chance of becoming President. As a speculator, buying high gamma puts just before the first Presidential debate certainly has some intriguing aspects to it.
