Aside from statements which are refutable by observation, like the pre-existing condition claim, is a statement a lie if the maker is going to reverse his position a month later?

If brother Mitt did so great in the debate, shouldn't a poll that goes to October 4th indicate Romney with a lead?

Brother Mitt best keep plenty of gas in the tank for the next debate, which I'm pretty sure that he will.

But, I still say there are too many dummies voting for Obama and not enough conservatives who are going to go out and vote for the liberal, Romney.
