so when you take an data point off and put a new data point on one end the change will have about 20% effect on the running 5 day number.

Personally, I like... Ron Paul called for a capped budget and zero personal income tax... and I say pay off all the debt at once with one big print.

Now whether we get to balanced budget through cuts or inflation is up to the politicians... I prefer cuts... but I know they don't have the balls.
