If by some act of God Romney doesn't win the primary (which is impossible) or dies before the election, the bet is null and void. Same with Obama on your end. That's our only Force Majeure.

10 large eh?.. i was thinking more like a 100 lol.

You don't need to read the whole thread I posted the same bet nice and clear so there is no confusion.. if you want either the cash or the other bet on pg96, or both I'm in. Straight up obama wins I pay you, he loses you pay me. I don't think I've ever used paypal but if its easier than just wiring it I'll pay that way should I lose.

These money bets are an easy way out. Should the loser welch, he can just deny it, and none of us will know the truth of it. The "stop posting for a month" bets are best, the loser can't welch on those without all of us knowing.

No, most in this rabidly ideological crew would rather lose $100 than shut their flapping hole for a month.
