You have to be a dumb fuck to think that running a country is like running a business. A business is run for the benefit of owners alone, if you run a country like that you go to jail. All those wonderful $8/hr jobs Romney created at sports authority and staples are exactly the thing every kid in america should aspire to under romney economy.

Just so I get this straight... Obama got into his schools by earning his way in and Romney got in because of his connections. Is that what you are pretending to know.

I do not even understand your point about growing up in the the civil rights era. In order for that to have an impact on you would have to grown up in america... right?

Regarding running a country...we see the results when you hire someone who has never shown competence are running anything.

Romney did not run for a second term. If he was such a blockbuster success why did he not do it? His excuse which was very skillfully ridiculed by "pious baloney" speech of New Gingrich was that Romney did not want to spend all his life in the public sector. Had Romney not lost to Ted Kennedy way back, Romney would have been a senator for almost 20 years by now.

It is not an advantage to be born black in this country, in fact, it is a considerable disadvantage. It was a MASSIVE disadvantage in 1960s. Obama had a hole he had to climb out of before he was even born while Romney was parked comfortably on 3rd base.

Romney has a track record of private equity success. He ran certain companies into the ground, outsourced certain companies, screwed people out of benefits and built up certain businesses with low wage unskilled labor (sports authority and staples). I don't know about you but this is NOT the model I want for the country. Strip and flip is not good for anyone but the person doing it.

If Obama had grown up in the continental U.S. I would given him credit for growing up in a difficult period. But he was overseas in either HI and in asia. I give him credit for being well spoken and intelligent. I don't give him credit for doing that while avoiding crack heads, junkies, dealers and guns.

One question: Would you ever want JP Morgan or Rockefeller as president? The answer to that question would be very telling and insightful for you. I am actually being charitable to Romney in comparison because those were the titans of their day and Romney is a pipsqueak in comparison.

Barack Obama was in large part raised by his grandparents. Jem implied here that this was some kind of a privilege which is a load of crap. Barack Obama could have easily grown up to be a rapist or a loser of a human being with 8 baby mamas and no sense of commitment or responsibility. Given the problem of shortage of responsible black men(and men in general), Obama is exactly the kind of person that republicans should put on a pedestal while they spend every living breath trashing the guy. These people are animals. I tip my hat to someone who while being predisposed to avoiding commitment is happily married with 2 daughters, got multiple degrees and achieved success in life.

Given the same set of circumstances, your goldenboy Romney would have been lucky to be a greeter at wal mart.

Only a moron would say ABO because there are WAY worse man to be. ABO is just a substitute for "I can't form a cohesive argument as to why I don't like Obama besides the crap fed to me by fox news and rushlimbaugh" It was very telling to me to see triple a in the beltway post something like "... he is a conservative now". Romney could be an NRA member "now" or an honest human being "now" as opposed to "always".
