Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is running for president.

Yet, a convicted felon being elected to the U.S. Presidency will require the Supreme Court to get involved

The Supreme Court does not need to get involved because unlike many issues The Constitution clearly states the requirement for the presidency.

Of course figuring out how this court rule would rule on this matter is probably the easiest Supreme Court prediction ever.

You did say a convicted felon is not barred from the ballot for U.S. Presidency...right ???

If you did say that, I completely agree with you. Therefore, the Supreme Court will get involved because such a scenario has NEVER occurred before...essentially the Supreme Court then decides who will be the next President of the United States...

Unless. :D

Republican Write-In wins the election.

I don't think you understand how the Supreme Court works.

I don't think you've been paying attention that the Supreme Court will decide on the Immunity issue. Wake up Tony because one thing leads to another...

On April 25, 2024, Supreme Court will consider former President Donald Trump's claims of immunity from conspiracy and obstruction charges related to the 2020 presidential election.

Wake up Tony, it's happening...at least watch C-Span to be more informed.

You are the only person I have seen pinning their hopes on a write in for Biden to win.I give credit for your imagination

Please...Republican Write-In...an alternative to the Trump virus...I've said nothing about Biden as a write-in. :D

Also, I'm the one who has started a thread about Nikki Haley and the possibility of her becoming more of a danger to Trump in August, September, and October as a write-in because she continues to be written-in on state ballots...taking 15% to 30% of the Republican voters...never started a thread about Biden.

Your hatred for Biden has blinded you that you can not see the facts of what is happening to Trump while the rest of us understand the impact of the Supreme Court decision (April 25th, 2024...that's 20 days away from today) on Trump's Immunity case that will have enormous impact on the criminal cases and the U.S. Presidential election.

Don't misunderstand, I'm not supporting the Supreme Court's decision to get involved...essentially deciding who will be the next U.S. President of the United States.

The immunity issue is not even close to if he qualifies to be president.According to the clear requirements stated in The Constitution he clearly does.

April 25th, 2024...let the Supreme Court decide. No debates and I highly recommend you tune in to C-Span.
