And Obamas net approval ratings were about 20 points higher than Bidens is at this same point in his first term.

Not really ("willing to vote Trump in"). Hillary still won the pop. vote by millions but Trump still got a record number of votes in large part from Obama-mongering and not all just Hillary hate.
