The establishment doesn't want Cruz or Trump. If Rubio gets beaten today and stays in the race, there is no more evidence that the power brokers and king makers want a brokered convention (where perhaps they can drop Bush or Romney in). Cruz cannot beat trump with Rubio, and/or Kasich in the race, even though they can't possibly win. Cruz may not be able to win after today, anyway. I would expect the end result of such a play (encouraging the losers to stay in to force a brokered convention) will cause Trump to go 3rd party, the republicans to go the way of the Wigs, and Hillary or Bernie to go on to be the next prez. Just my $.02.

Its not slur to say I see things differently than my wife. Its reality and frankly its took my wife a while to realize I have a right to see things differently from her, too. Marriage counseling can be useful.

Not that I read them -- but there entire books on the subject... like Men are from mars and women are from venus.

A friend told me he went to a very well known seminar put on by a marriage counselor it was explained that men tend to score things by values.

whereas women might score that as minus 3 and plus 3 - so your're even.
now that concept is obviously exaggerated but it is a very useful way to understand what is going on. The internal scoring systems can be very different.
I can go on... but this is not a favorite subject of mine.

But before I go... I also note that I have counselors on the radio explain women like to speak 30,000 words a day and men 10,000.

I don't really understand the machinations of conventions but I definitely understand what will happen if a convention overturns the primary election results.

It will be the no-kidding end of the republican party. This is either a democracy or it is not a democracy.

Conventions are undemocratic.
