Talk of quite a few commercials who chose to go with futures instead of puts getting margin calls and being liquidated.
This could be one to hang on the wall.

I don't think he ever mentioned size. RM stated he was down "five figures" in it yesterday on the first limit move (08.30 entry). He added, took some off and then re-entered short.
He said he was bidding and as long as at least 1000 contracts traded, he would be filled implying that was the size of his position. I think he had a much smaller position initially and when he went back in, he pushed all his chips to the middle of the table.
I was watching the book as it unfolded, when he first mentioned getting out at limit I saw 400 or so filled. ,I was assuming that was him getting out in at least part of his position.if he was early enough in line) here is a snapshot of volume attached. Not sure if there was enough volume for him to get out completely. Depends if he got any of those 400 or not.
edit: there was also a bar prior to that that filled 300, so like I said, depends how fast he was at getting his order in.
On second thought, rattled post-loss as I am, I'm just bidding here at limit up (111.675) to make sure I get out today. Assuming we get over 1,000 more contracts traded by day's end (a near certainty), that's the official end of this miserable trade. My condolences to anyone who followed me in... but still my overall record on this thread has got to be something like;
Wins: 25
Losses: 1
Pushes: 1 or 2.
