I guess you're correct. I am using too many platforms. I also watch Bloomberg TV streaming and my son usually play online game at that time....... However, when I talked with my ISP support team, they said my Internet traffic is not excessive and just normal level.Maybe it’s not the feed but your connectivity, bandwidth.
You’re maybe requesting too much and some data packets get lost.
Use the LAN (wired)
Try with less platform
Stop downloads, streaming
Check Ping and servers connection
Maybe try to prioritize internet traffic.

I turn on my chart almost all day but the issue only starts to happen about an hour before the market open (9:30 am ET) and usually disappear about two hours after market open. So, I suspect the surge of data quantity causes this issue....On a possibility related note,
Sorry, I mean what day/time of day were u having issues? I may be able to cross check my rithmic data logs. I store exchange timestamps, Rithmic timestamps, and local timestamps with microsecond granularity on trade prints
I don't know about Aurora. My connection to Rithmic is shown below (MotiveWave and Bookmap):

'Aurora' is not available in PC version. I used to use 'Default' and when I had this latency issue, Bookmap support suggested to use 'Singapore' instead.Ah, I see you're in Korea and using the Singapore gateway. Your data is originating from Aurora Illinois (regardless of the gateway you select), and getting pushed out to the Singapore gateway. You might try simply using the Aurora gateway, and see if that improved things. Cut out one of the middlemen.
