The Certification of Live Birth below is what the State of Hawaii issues now. Notice the font and its says Laser on the bottom. This is what George showed MB. And she has to be an idiot to not know this has been out there for some time. But a couple of key points
Up until just recently the State of Hawaii would NOT accept this as proof of being a native Hawaii'n. You had to supply the oiriginal long form BC. Also notice this says "Certification of Live Birth". Its just a summary of the info on the original BC. There is no Dr's name or any signatures, no foot print etc...In short this isn't what they fill out at the hospital.
Having said all that, I find it hard to believe the State of Hawaii would issue one of these if they did not have the original BC on file. Like some else pointed out, I think Obama may have applied to school or for aid as a non citizen. Maybe he is holding back on showing the original BC until that bomb goes off?
