Since you have admitted that you can't in any way validate your accusation, that's pretty much all it is. An empty accusation- slander. I don't know why you feel the need to slander people with accusations you have no basis for. Perhaps you need to do some soul searching to figure out what makes you have such negative impulses?

No, not if you're an unethical or immoral person. However, it's the moral and ethical obligation of people to substantiate their accusations. If you are going to attack someones character or make claims about them, then it's your obligation to substantiate those claims with facts. Otherwise it's slander and libel. If you can't back your claims up, you're just engaging in baseless defamation. Perhaps you should do some soul searching to help you understand why you feel a need to behave in such ways.

It is an indicator. People can draw their own conclusions by doing the necessary research.

Since I doubt you have read all the posts so many others have over time, and since I doubt your sincerity at finding the truth of a situation...having in this thread falsely accused me of something...something that has an easy and factual proof available to anyone...since I suspect you as being partisan over truth...I suspect that your motives are not about ethical or moral behavior.

I'm not playing any "game". And yes, if you make accusations about someone then you are morally and ethnically obligated to substantiate them.

You didn't present your accusations as "observations". You said that he was a racist and possibly a KKK member. You're the one who made the character attacks, you're the one who made the accusations, you need to validate them. That burden lies upon the accuser. I don't know if other people around here came to similar conclusions, it doesn't matter because they aren't making the accusation, you are.
