You could give a safe answer by saying the Green Party wanted over a trillion dollars for the IRA but Biden was only able to get bipartisan support for +400 billion, Green Party thinks more jobs will be lost and only corporate America would benefit at the expense of the people of America.
Regardless, I've been clear about my interests in the IRA: Walmart, IKEA, Veterans Administration (solar energy), and so on...the nobodies you continue to refer (Nobody Cares).
Seriously, after Biden is gone...the IRA will still be here and the Republicans will do the Tubervillism dance about their bipartisan support all the way to 2030...the objective goal for the IRA.

Shows how bad Biden is when his approval ratings are worse than Trumps and Trump is beating him in the head to head polls.
Presidents rarely have a hard time getting money for wars and the military industrial complex,but as Obama said
"Never underestimate Joe's ability to fuck things up"
He should put that money into more "clean energy" projects for Americans.
