1. Please cite the federal or state statute that the penalty for resisting arrest is death.

Seriously... you are smarter than that.


2. Cops always claim anything you do is resisting arrest so why would a cop ever claim someone was not resisting arrest??


Also google Charles Kinsey..... was on the ground with his hands in the air talking to the police with no weapon and the cop fired 3 times hitting him in the leg.
 
Not only do they resist arrest, they 9/10 have a violent criminal background and or holding a knife or gun

The black community deserves to collapse for making its idols career criminals that resist arrest and reach for guns

Libtards say blacks greatest threat is a traffic stop, then how did 90+% of the prison population (which is black) get there if it’s so dangerous? There are like 2 million blacks in prison give or take

He told the police he had a gun in the car. Police told him not to reach for the gun. Castille made a movement of reaching around for something and the officer repeated his command. Castille didn't follow the command, officer thought he was reaching for the gun and shot him.

Apparently listening is a skill not taught in some homes.

At the end of 2017, federal and state prisons in the United States held about 475,900 inmates who were black and 436,500 who were white – a difference of 39,400, according to BJS.


But keep pushing that 2 million blacks in prison as it feeds your narrative.

The number of people incarcerated in state and federal prisons and local jails in the United States dropped from around 2.1 million in 2019 to 1.8 million by mid-2020



So there are more Blacks in prison than there are actual prisoners I guess.... give or take...FOX News now has magic math.
