Instead of telling Blacks how to not make cops mad; maybe you should be addressing the root of the problem, rogue cops--and cops that don't report them.

Going after rouge cops solves part of the problem, the easiest one to spot and admit exists. Many other problems contribute and in no particular order. The complete breakdown of the family structure in minority communities. Phoney activists pretending to care while collecting millions of dollars to enrich themselves. Lying scumbag political hacks who promise the sky and moon and deliver nothing. Empty, feel good programs which accomplish nothing. A justice system which is obviously broken and full of double standards for the elite. Billionaire socialists giving money away to corrupt foreign leaders to "save the poor" while the people a community away live in poverty.
That's just a list of the obvious. So while we all sit and wait for our glorious leaders to do something, anything other than chase Russian ghosts and Orange man bad, I would suggest being on your best behavior should you see flashing lights behind you.

In just about every case where this shit happens the city is top to bottom Democrats, been that way for decades, mostly black leadership for many years and continues to degrade as time passes. No, actually the core issue if you want to get at it is people breaking the law. In is a VERY rare instance where a completely innocent person is shot. Lesson one, don't break the law. Lesson two, if you insist on breaking the law don't resist arrest when caught. Really reduces the risk of getting shot and the thousands of incarcerated people can attest to.
