"Believe in the People" is my favorite.
Or let them die.
Whatever.

They forgot to include . . . "Eliminate the social safety net"
Tea Party Movement goals, which are as follows:

3. Eliminate Deficit Spending
4. Protect Free Markets
5. Abide by the Constitution of the United States
6. Promote Civic Responsibility
7. Reduce the Overall Size of Government
8. Believe in the People
9. Avoid the Pitfalls of Politics

I guess the leftist drones did not see the point about people getting jobs when unemployment benefits ran out.
there is a line between social safety net and crippling your constituents into being a permanent underclass.
Workfare over welfare for able bodied people and a slow phase down of of benefits to lower levels is a much better way to do things for the benefit of the citizens in need and tax payers.
Last I saw, even now there are more job applicants (3 to 1?) than there are job openings. And I like the idea of workfare, but we don't have it yet.
Whi is it that the first six months in a row with 200k+ job growth just so happened to coincide with the end of unemployment benefits? Didnt you keynesians tell us unemployment benefits create jobs?
You're implying hundreds of thousands of job openings remained unfilled for years, until those benefits were reduced. So we should have seen rising compensation offers as firms bid to fill those open positions.
I think that's covered under 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7.
Praise Jesus.
