I don't understand why online poker was hounded by the US government until it was abolished. How is FF any different? Maybe it has to do with the fact that it is much easier to scam in poker.

I doubt many online scammers have much influence on congress, but big Las Vegas Casinos may have a say in how fantasy football and online sports betting is regulated.

I guess it depends on who you are trying to protect and who you claim you are "concerned" about.

It should concern everyone how people got rich, not that they are rich, necessarily. If someone got rich by exploitation or corruption, that's a problem.
