I can go around my back yard yelling crazy stuff to my heart's content. If I do it to whip up a mob however, I have committed a crime.

She has a large following of weirdoes, deviants and crazy people. One or more of them may be unstable enough to act on her image. She is also a vile human being who has made a career out of mean-spirited mocking of people on our side. Payback can be a bitch. She should be made as toxic for them as David Duke is for us.

You're reaching on this. What she did is not inciting violence or whipping up a mob. Its a disgusting expression of speech, but its expression nonetheless. If she went out with that fake head and stood before a group of people calling for Trump's death, that might be different.

Be careful with this. It's a slippery slope. We should always err on the side of tolerance. As soon as we begin to narrow the goal posts, we go down a rabbit hole that will end up getting us in the end.

The video which outraged America by depicting the assassination of President George W Bush has won an award at the Toronto film festival.
 
I do get where TT and others are coming from. As principled conservatives, you want to see the Rule of Law and Constitution faithfully followed.

Unfortunately, we are way past all that. We are in the early semi-violent stages of tribal warfare. The other side started it but that doesn't mean we can pretend it's not happening. Conservatism Inc tried that for 30 years with cataclysmic results.

How can we even have a Constitution when activist pols pretending to be federal judges tell us it means things that any reasonable person would say is nonsense. Like I said, woke people are past all that and know what time it is.

CHAPPAQUA Sen. Hillary Clinton this morning blasted the producers of a new film depicting the assassination of Pres. George W. Bush.

"I think it's despicable," Clinton said of "Death of a President," a fictional film that features a staged assassination of the president in 2007. "I think it's absolutely outrageous. That anyone would even attempt to profit on such a horrible scenario makes me sick."

Clinton made the comments in her adopted hometown of Chappaqua at the annual New Castle Community Day.

The outdoor gathering of residents, vendors and community groups aims to boost volunteerism and inform people of good works taking place in the community.
