Dunno about Clinton and I rather liked Rumsfeld but agree that most of our economic woes can be traced to George W. Bush incompetently allowing Greenspan to stand on the accelerator and keep it there despite the overheating housing market in 2004.

I know a bunch of landlords who rent to lower income households and individuals. Their experiences are that most people have not taken advantage of the rent rules. One guy who owns 230 units said only 3 people are taking advantage of it. The rest are paying their rent - even the ones who don’t have jobs (but are getting stimulus checks).

I don’t know if my friends’ experiences are the National norm or not.
