Soon?! I think it’s always been this way from the beginning of times (in one form or another) Working for paycheck is a form of slavery. My dear glai, soon we will only have two groups on this earth: the masters and the slaves, period.

You are 100% correct. But maybe it’s the message they want you to get: Either get poor or (try to) get rich, but don’t stay in the middle. And if you stay, you know exactly what is coming to you. That’s the reality, fair or not.
The handouts weren't rescue plans. It was vote buying. Several people I know who work in normal retail/office jobs got almost $50k last year for doing nothing. No value was created, nothing was made, they were just given a full year off work. If they wanted a rescue plan they could've issued BidenBonds and TrumpTokens to pay for exactly food, shelter, or healthcare. Nothing more, nothing less. The government could give cash equivalent to these tokens to the companies who receive them. Think of it like EBT/WIC but on a national scale.
This grinds my gears because I lost my job in March, got another in April and was back in business. I pay my taxes but because I make too much money according to the government I'm not entitled to any handout. Even a paultry $100 would've been appreciated. Instead, they just give me more taxes. Despite paying a shitload of tax my only benefit is more tax. The government doesn't look out for value producers. Why should they? You can't buy votes for people who don't ascribe much value to $1,200. Which, by the way is what this was.
The result of this is taxes are almost certainly going to go up and the "little guy" isn't going to be the one paying for it. Like all things, the middle class will bear the brunt of the tax increase. The little guy will keep getting his handouts, the big rich corporations will keep getting their hand outs, and guys like me will just be left paying taxes. There's a huge chasm in America where the middle class used to be and shit like this is the reason why.

Trump royally raped America- leaning on the FED, borrowing went huge in 2018 for no reason other than to pretend the economy was doing well. The US is smoke and mirrors and everyone else just copies, because when the tide goes out we see who actually has clothes, and they think they can control that.

A bunch of traders complaining about people who aren’t paying rent while the stock market is through the roof.
Why are you guys complaining? You all should be very happy and flush with gains right now.
So what if the government is printing money, it just gets washed through the fed because it’s not real. For real, it’s not real because the fed has an employment mandate.
And I hear the people who are going to say inflation or until it all comes crashing down etc, etc. ok, well it’s all come crashing down before and will again and will again after that. But we have had robust and sustained growth, with low inflation, since the fed took on the dual mandate.
The point is don’t worry about printing money or temporary relief programs. Worry about full employment- that’s the key in this era.
