Our "poor" are wealthy beyond belief in many countries around the globe... where billions of people do not have clean water and sufficient food to lead normal lives. There will always be, say, the bottom 30%-40% of Americans wrt education, financial security and opportunity. That's the Dems' target - the number goes up and down according to the times. And if they don't think they have enough political slaves here, they just import them from south of the border, that's all. It's terrible.
