Reliable, Cheap Broker for Futures Trading Using CTS T4 Platform

I am looking for a reliable, cheap broker for global futures (index, energy, FX, metals, etc) trading using the CTS T4 platform. I am targeting about $0.20 or less per futures contract. What are your recommendations?

Yes, we do offer CTS T4. We know the guys at CTS free well and we can offer it as a stand alone or a data provider for third party applications if necessary.

And with AMP it's not available ? There are +60 platform's supported but not CTS T4 ... strange.

Thing with CTS is the routing, I think its $1 round trip. Its the only thing stopping me from using anything to do with Cunningham.
