All broker neutral platforms have either a monthly flat cost or a variable cost (Some with a max payment per month). So you are correct, if your volume is under 1000 futures per month. Over 1000, the rate comes down because they are no longer charging you.

And with AMP it's not available ? There are +60 platform's supported but not CTS T4 ... strange.

When you support a platform as an FCM you also need to support its entire back office and risk.
Our experience so far as shown that AMP does a good job with the multitude of feeds they work with and I am sure they will explore others if they find them viable.
